Indoor Volleyball
IVVA organizes an open World Indoor Veteran Volleyball Championship 2023 which takes place in the Port of Alcudia in sunny Mallorca. This indoor volleyball championship is being held from the 2nd of October until the 7th of October, 2023.
The president of the IVVA Veteran Volleyball, Mr. Přemysl Kubala: “This is actually our sixth time organizing this event. For the first 3 years the tournament was held in Ostrava, Czech Republic. It was a great success but we felt that in order to get to another level we have to move the event to a different location. Mallorca is a location that is not only great for sports but also a fantastic holiday destination for our players and their families. The Port of Alcudia fits this description perfectly and alongside with local volleyball club CVA which organize IVVA Beach Veteran Volleyball Tournament. We are very excited to host both events in Mallorca Alcudia.“
IVVA Tournament is suited for both former volleyball professionals and volleyball enthusiasts for whom the sport of volleyball is simply a passion. The capacity of teams for the event in 2023 is set at 48 teams.

Beach Volleyball
IVVA World Beach Tournament is organized by IVVA Veteran Volleyball Association and local volleyball club organization CVA Club Volley de Alcudia. The event is held in Alcudia - port de Alcudia in zone ciudad blanca. There is 20 Beach cour ready for your practice and enjoyment of beautiful volleyball
The president of the IVVA Beach Volleyball Tournament, Mr. Přemysl Kubala: “At some point we realized we need to take advantage of the fact there are so many veteran players all over the world who specialize in beach volley rather than indoor. One of the reasons why we choose Mallorca as our venue for the event is because of its endless posibilities as far as the beach volleyball goes. If there is enough interest in the future we can host a tournament for hundreds or thousands of players.“
