Indoor Volleyball
IVVA organizes an open World Indoor Veteran Volleyball Championship 2024 which takes place in the Port of Alcudia in sunny Mallorca. This indoor volleyball championship is being held in the beginning of October 2024.
The president of the IVVA Veteran Volleyball Association, Mr. Přemysl Kubala: “This is actually our sixth time organizing this event and last year we were overbooked by the team. Think we are doing a great job! For the first 3 years the tournament was held in Ostrava, Czech Republic. It was a great success but we felt that in order to get to another level we have to move the event to a different location. Mallorca is a location that is not only great for sports but also a fantastic holiday destination for our players and their families. The Port of Alcudia fits this description perfectly and alongside with local volleyball club CVA and president Albert Abad Perez we are very excited to host IVVA events in Mallorca Alcudia.“
IVVA is suited for both former volleyball professionals and volleyball enthusiasts for whom the sport of volleyball is simply a passion. The capacity of Indoor event in 2024 is set for 56 teams.

Beach Volleyball
IVVA World Beach Championship is organized by IVVA Veteran Volleyball Association and local volleyball club organization CVA The event is held in Alcudia - port of Alcudia in zone ciudad blanca. There is 20 Beach court ready for your practice and enjoyment of beautiful volleyball
The president of the IVVA Beach Volleyball Tournament, Mr. Přemysl Kubala: “At some point we realized we need to take advantage of the fact there are so many veteran players all over the world who specialize in beach volley rather than indoor. One of the reasons why we choose Mallorca as our venue for the event is because of its endless posibilities as far as the beach volleyball goes. If there is enough interest in the future we can host a tournament for hundreds or thousands of players.“
This IVVA World Beach Championship is suited for both former volleyball professionals and volleyball enthusiasts for whom the sport of volleyball is simply a passion.

Registration information and fees
- Registration: 90 EUR pp in Indoor/Beach Championship
- Second registration: 80 EUR pp in case you play both Championships (Discount for second participation in IVVA Championship -12%)
- Registration MIX: 40 EUR pp in MIX Championship
- Non players: 40 EUR pp
- Children: FREE until age of 12 years
- In IVVA World Indoor Championship teams must have a minimum of 7 players and maximum 14 players.
- In IVVA Beach World Championship is minimum 2 players per team. We recommend that all teams have 3 players.
Player registration is 90 euros if you choose accommodation through IVVA. If you make your own accommodation arrangements, player registration is 120 euros per person.
Player registration fee includes
- Guarantee 8 games played in IVVA Beach
- Guarantee 5 games played in IVVA Indoor
- Welcome bag includes: water battle, tournament T-shirt, tournament tank top newsletter & welcome info, map, bulletin, gift & discount vouchers)
- Refreshment in the form of fresh fruit, snacks and water for each team (during competition days)
- Wellcome Party (snacks & welcome drink for each registered player)
- Final Ceremony (prizes, diplomas medals & trophies)
- Closing party "goodbye until next year"
